This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. Its fonts are hosted with the site, so your browser doesn't contact other companies when you visit. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

When you contact us

If you email or call, we use what you tell us only to reply and to discuss whether we can help. We don't sell or share it.

If we work together

We collect only the information needed for the work you ask us to do, and we follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). In particular:

• We never ask for passwords, and we don't need full account numbers.
• Documents are kept in encrypted storage with two-factor sign-in.
• We share information with your lawyer, accountant or others only with your consent.
• When the work ends, we return or securely delete files after [RETENTION PERIOD], unless you ask otherwise or the law requires us to keep them.
